Bake a cake in 3 simple steps
Mix —> Pour —> Bake
Directions for Baking in an Oven:
1. Set the temp. at 180°* and let it preheat for 10min.
2. Empty the content of this premix pack into a bowl. Add 100 ml milk and 60ml vegetable oil to the mix and stir well for a minute to form a smooth batter.
3. Lightly grease a 5” cake tin with vegetable oil or butter and pour the batter into it.
4. After preheating, keep the cake tin inside the oven and bake it at 180° for 35-40min.
5. Remove the tin from the oven and let it cool for 30 minutes. Scrape the sides with a knife and flip the cake onto a plate. Decorate it with chocolate sauce/ choco chips/ any topping of your choice & Enjoy!
Directions for Baking in a Cooker/ Kadhai:
1. Put a stand in a cooker/ kadhai, cover it with the lid (with a hole) and keep it on high flame for 10min.
2. Empty the content of this premix pack into a bowl. Add 100 ml milk and 60ml vegetable oil to the mix and stir well for a minute to form a smooth batter.
3. Lightly grease a 5” cake tin with vegetable oil or butter and pour the batter into it.
4. After preheating, keep the cake tin inside the cooker/ kadhai and bake it on low-medium flame for 35-40min.
5. Remove the tin from the flame and let it cool for 30 minutes. Scrape the sides with a knife and flip the cake onto a plate. Decorate it with chocolate sauce/ choco chips/ any topping of your choice & Enjoy!
